People Operations Associate - Entry Level

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support employee engagement, workplace culture, and HR operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment. You’ll assist in organizing company events, tracking employee progress, and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, track progress, and document HR processes.
• Provide HR support, helping employees and management with people-related matters.
• Track employee feedback, performance trends, and engagement data.
• Facilitate internal communication to keep teams aligned with company goals.
• Help manage the People Operations budget.
• Support data tracking on employee engagement and well-being by using data analytics.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in HR, psychology, business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passionate about employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Comfortable with data tracking, reports, and HR tools.

Job Details:

• Full-time, Office-based
• Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM (PST)
• Location: DHA, Phase 5, Lahore
