Regular price scanning on benchmark stores and driving the company's pricing policy and strategy in line with the overall marketing strategy of the firm to deliver on margin/profitability targets.
Tracking of competitor activities and planning/executing counter initiatives in a proactive manner.
Designing and conducting market research/focus group activities to gain insights into customer behavior/needs and designing marketing campaigns accordingly.
Execution, designing, and planning of marketing campaigns and CRM activities by involving cost-effective & creative business partners.
Execution and planning of all sales promotions & below the line activities.
Develop and launch new product concepts & formats.
Monitoring and controlling of marketing calendar by ensuring timely roll out of all activities.
Excellent communication skills in written and oral English.
Internet savvy with sound working experience of MS Office, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Should be innovative, flexible, and a team player.
Highly resourceful and results-oriented attitude.
Ability to function in a professional business environment with senior management.
Power to persuade customers with novel ideas.
