Resort Profile Manager – OTA & PMS Management (Intern to Full-time)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic "Hotel Profile Manager" to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage our hotel profiles on third-party OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms and Property Management Systems (PMS) similar to Booking.com. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide full training and guidance to ensure you succeed in the role. This is an ideal position for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update our hotel profiles across various OTA platforms and PMS.
• Conduct regular research to stay updated on the latest OTA and PMS trends.
• Ensure all listings, photos, and descriptions are optimized to attract guests.
• Track and report on booking performance across channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies across platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in the travel/hospitality industry.
• Ability to research and learn independently.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
