Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lighting Designer at Ideolux. The Lighting Designer will be responsible for tasks such as lighting control systems, creating architectural lighting designs, collaborating with interior designers, and developing innovative lighting solutions for various projects.

Qualifications

1. Lighting Design, Architectural Lighting, and Lighting Control skills
2. Experience in interior design with a focus on lighting
3. Strong creative and technical skills in lighting design
4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Knowledge of energy-efficient lighting technologies
6. Experience with lighting simulation software
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
8. Relevant certification in Lighting Design or related field is a plus

Job Responsibilities

1. Design and create lighting systems for various applications
2. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to understand needs and preferences
3. Select lighting fixtures, bulbs, and control systems to meet client needs
4. Create detailed plans and schematics
5. Integrate the lighting system into the larger architectural and interior design plan
6. Commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements

Working Schedule in UAE time

Monday to Friday 9:00am-1:00pm, 1:30pm-6:30pm (remote)

Saturday 9:30am-12:30pm (remote)

Sunday Off
