• Provide leadership in executing quality patient care by improving clinical outcomes.

You should have:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of clinical experience.
• Valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council.
• Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, Tool Training, Advance Life Support (ACLS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Certification in BLS, CPR, Safe Medication Administration, I/V Cannulation, ECG Interpretation, and Aseptic Techniques.
