Achieve excellent customer service by proactively attending/responding to client queries in person and over the phone in a prompt and courteous manner ensuring a positive ambiance. Handling/routing of incoming and outgoing calls, booking and confirming appointments/orders. Meeting with prospective guests to gauge which services they require. Coordination within internal departments and administration on time to ensure tasks are attended to and completed promptly. Other duties as may arise from time to time are assigned to the employee by the employer.
Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 30 years old or above.
As the face of the company and the first point of contact for our clients, you will be well presented with a bright personality. As a Receptionist, you will be organized and able to multi-task ensuring every client is greeted well and day-to-day tasks are completed. A professional telephone manner and office presence are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. A professional attitude and work ethic, along with a "can do" attitude that enables you to work well in a small team environment, are necessary. The ability to work under pressure and multi-task is also important.
