Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with 7–10 years of proven experience in sales leadership, particularly within call center operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue, managing high-performing teams, and optimizing sales processes to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team within the call center environment.
  2. Develop training programs to enhance the team's skills and ensure high-quality performance.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Call Center Sales Operations:
  5. Oversee day-to-day call center sales activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Implement strategies to improve customer interactions and overall team productivity.
  7. Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  8. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  9. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  10. Identify new opportunities and target markets to grow the business.
  11. Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance analytics and market trends.
  12. Client & Stakeholder Management:
  13. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  14. Address escalations professionally to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  15. Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  16. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:
  17. Set realistic yet ambitious sales targets and lead the team to achieve them.
  18. Track and report sales metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  19. Drive the development of incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
  20. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and HR teams to align goals and initiatives.
  21. Provide regular sales reports and performance insights to upper management.
  22. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all operations.

Qualifications:

  1. 7–10 years of experience in sales management, with a strong focus on call center operations.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a call center setting.
  4. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and call center tools.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement strategies effectively.
