Team Member Bakery Staff

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our bakery team. As bakery staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery, contributing to the preparation, production, and presentation of our baked goods. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with baking, decorating pastries, ensuring food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the production and baking of various types of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
2. Decorate cakes and pastries according to bakery standards and customer requests.
3. Ensure the quality and freshness of all products by adhering to proper baking and storage procedures.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.
5. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
6. Operate bakery equipment safely and correctly.
7. Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
8. Collaborate effectively with other bakery team members to achieve bakery goals.
