District Manager (Hush Puppies - Retail Network)

To be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day shop operations.
Perform sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecasts and projections.
Prepare budgets to control sales vs. expense ratio.
Participate with the HR department to upgrade shop staff, including hiring and training.
Routine shop visits.
Coordination with replenishment to manage shop inventory.
Customer service.
