CSR (Customer Sales Representative)

Galaxy Business Solutions is based in Rawalpindi. We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative with good English Communication and Writing Skills as well as other basic computer skills. This job post is for our US based outbound campaign.

Shift: Night Shift from 8pm to 5am

Working Days: 5 working days in a week

Salary: Basic Salary - 70k to 100k plus monthly bonus

Commitment: Willing to work for a minimum of 12 months.

Preferred: Candidates with call center experience will be preferred.

Eligibility: Must not be enrolled in any educational program or involved at any full/part-time job.

You don't necessarily have to be highly experienced in the call center industry; however, excellent command of English is a basic requirement. Complete training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads via outbound calls.
2. Follow call-center script, communication procedures and guidelines.

Salary: Rs70k - Rs100k per month
