We are seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead and manage compliance in the dynamic digital banking space. This includes ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, developing compliance strategies, and providing guidance to senior management while fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance strategies that align with organizational goals
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Provide guidance and support to senior management on compliance matters
• Foster a culture of compliance within the organization

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in compliance within financial services, with a focus on digital banking
• Strong understanding of digital banking products and services
• Expertise in designing compliance monitoring systems and mitigating compliance risks
• Proficiency in regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, cybersecurity, etc.)
• Certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent are highly desirable
