Job Title: Business Development Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

Technology Architects is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the tech industry, has a strong understanding of software solutions, and excels in building lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate sales leads targeting the USA, Saudi Arabia, and the broader Middle East markets, converting them into successful sales.
  2. Connecting with business owners as well as concerned personnel on LinkedIn for lead and business generation.
  3. Leverage experience with Upwork and similar freelance portals to acquire new clients and projects.
  4. Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and sales opportunities.
  5. Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Identify emerging market trends and tailor our service offerings to align with client needs.
  7. Track and manage potential leads, ensuring follow-ups and deal closures.
  8. Prepare and present compelling proposals that highlight the ROI of our IT services.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
  3. Experience using LinkedIn for networking and lead generation is a plus.
  4. Experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork and similar freelance portals is a plus.
  5. Ability to understand and explain software solutions to clients.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
