"Branch Manager" for Study Abroad Consultancy

Position Overview

Future Serve is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Study Abroad Project in Peshawar. This pivotal role involves team leadership, student recruitment strategy, and operational oversight to ensure the branch meets its targets efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong micro-management skills, capable of driving performance while maintaining a supportive and structured work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Supervision
   - Supervise and mentor a team of career counsellors, ensuring high productivity and adherence to project goals.
   - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
   - Maintain clear communication with the Project Director, providing updates on progress and challenges.
2. Student Counselling & Support
   - Offer personalized career guidance to students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
   - Assist in university selection, application processes, and visa documentation.
   - Manage student inquiries efficiently, directing them to the appropriate team members when needed.
3. Recruitment & Business Growth
   - Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
   - Collaborate with partners and universities to enhance recruitment pipelines.
   - Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
4. Operational Excellence
   - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.
   - Implement continuous improvement by gathering student feedback and refining processes.
   - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global education trends and visa regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in student counselling, recruitment, or team management (preferred).
3. Prior experience in service industry/office management will also be considered.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Exceptional leadership & conflict resolution abilities.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strategic thinker with problem-solving and time-management expertise.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM tools (basic IT skills required).
