Interior Designer/ Documenter

INCO Studio is an Australian company based in Sydney. We are on the lookout for an interior designer/documenter to join the team and grow with the company. This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the Philippines, with working hours aligned to the Australian time zone (Sydney).

Role & Responsibility

• Translate residential and hospitality design concepts from concept to documentation.
• Create 3D models from ArchiCAD & SketchUp.
• Create detailed design documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Specify materials, products, and finishes in line with the proposed design.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple time zones to deliver outstanding design solutions.
• Exhibit superb communication and organizational skills.
• Have in-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods related to hospitality projects.
• Demonstrate well-developed design communication skills to convey design concepts to documentation via sketches.
• Possess a can-do attitude and problem-solving character.

Mandatory Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in residential or hospitality interior design.
• Ideally with working experience in Australia-based projects.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of Endscape will be a bonus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
