Job Description

• Strategic Marketing Planning
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the food service sector, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Menu Ideation and Development
  • Collaborate with culinary teams, chefs, and product development teams to create innovative menu concepts aligned with market trends.
• Activations and Events Management
  • Plan, organize, and execute brand activations and events targeting the food service audience, including chefs, restaurateurs, and distributors.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of events such as product launches, trade shows, culinary demonstrations, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure activations and events effectively communicate brand messaging and drive customer engagement.
• Campaign Development and Execution
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and services within the food service industry.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, POS displays, digital content, and presentations.
  • Manage promotional campaigns to support sales initiatives and customer retention.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, including menu ideation, activations, and events, preferably within the food service, FMCG, flavors or ingredients sector.
• Proven experience in collaborating with culinary teams or working within food service operations.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
