The Chief Engineer plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of mall equipment and facilities on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

He/she is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all engineering-related systems and equipment within the mall premises.

Supporting EHS Mandate

In addition to his/her core duties, the Chief Engineer also supports the Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) mandate by implementing policies and procedures that promote a safe working environment.

Leading the Engineering Department

As the leader of the Engineering Department, he/she oversees the team's activities and ensures that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• A licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a strong educational background.
• At least 5 years of work experience in mall engineering operations or an equivalent field.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Willingness to reside or be assigned in Robinsons Ormoc.
• A team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Experience Level
