Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall in-charge of In House Talents schedule arrangement, recruitment, image building, social media & content, and all aspects of talent development and management
Create and execute plans for on camera talents with regards to image building, training and other activities
Lead recruitment of new on camera talents
Oversee social media content of talents
Deal with third party groups or agencies that will help execute the plans
Provide strategy to improve the existing and upcoming talent roster
Provide industry updates and areas for improvements
Work well with internal and external departments
Qualifications:
At least three (3) years of experience in camera talent management in an agency, TV network, or similar organizations
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong organizational skills
A problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
