About the job Admin Assistant - (Fixed Term)

  • Willing to work in BGC Taguig, Makati or Ortigas
  • Willing to engage in Fixed Term Employment (Temporary Employment for 5 months to 1 year)

Admin Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Assistant include providing support to the managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the unit.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as but not limited to filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Detail Oriented
  • Can Multi-task
  • Reporting Skills
  • Good oral and written skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
