We are HIRING for USRN Director, PHRN SOMs, USRN TLs & USRN QAs on our campaigns in Manila & Cebu. See below details:

1. USRN Director

• Salary bump 20% to 25% from current
• Total of 7 to 8 years exp handling clinical campaigns (UMR/Prior Auth/Claims/Denials/etc) in a BPO setting
• At least 2 years of experience as a USRN DIRECTOR
• Active & unrestricted USRN license (any state)
• Work ONSITE in Pasig
• Can start ASAP

2. PHRN SOMs

• Salary ranges between P150K to P170K (depending on the candidate's experience)
• 3-5 years exp handling clinical campaigns (UMR/Prior Auth/Claims/Denials/etc) in a BPO setting
• 1-2 years exp as a Senior Ops Manager
• Active & unrestricted PRC license
• Work ONSITE - Pasig OR Cebu
• Can start ASAP

3. USRN TLs

• Salary package between P65K-P90K - salary negotiable depending on experience
• BPO healthcare UMR and clinical hospital experience
• Must have active PRC & USRN license (any state)
• Work ONSITE setup - Cebu or Pasig
• Can start ASAP

4. USRN QAs

• Salary package between P55K-P80K - salary negotiable depending on experience
• 1-2 years solid exp as a USRN Trainer for UMR in a BPO setting
• Experience in BPO healthcare UMR and clinical/hospital
• Must have active PRC & USRN license (any state)
• Work ONSITE setup - Cebu or Pasig
• Can start ASAP
