Job Location: Lima, Peru

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives.
  2. Manage and improve distribution, pricing, and volume growth.
  3. Develop and administrate productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell business plans where everybody wins.
  4. Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights.
  5. Provide input into retailer category strategy.
  6. You will get an anniversary bonus which will make a total of 15 salaries per year.
  7. A monthly food bonus.
  8. You will be included in payroll and receive all law benefits.
  9. You will have the opportunity to be a P&G shareholder.

Job Qualifications:

  1. A college degree (Bachelor’s, preferably with some business focus).
  2. No experience needed (Max 3 years of relevant experience).
  3. Leadership, ownership, and people management skills.
  4. Sales interest - entry level or 1 year experience.
  5. Intermediate/advanced level of English.
