Welder (Nizwa, Oman)

We are in search of a skilled Welder to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques and processes to fabricate and repair metal parts and structures. This is an urgent position with an attractive salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:

1. Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications
2. Operate welding equipment and tools such as gas torches, arc welders, and plasma cutters
3. Fabricate or repair metal parts using various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
4. Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for accuracy and structural integrity
5. Follow safety precautions at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
6. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
2. Valid certification in welding techniques preferred
3. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
4. Familiarity with different types of welding equipment and tools
5. Excellent physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
6. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
