Sieg Consultant Hiring For Sofa & Carpet Cleaning Technician at Oman

Responsibilities:

1. Candidates must be familiar with a wide variety of sofa and carpet fabrics and materials and be able to provide excellent customer service and answer any questions that our clients may ask about the maintenance of their sofas and carpets.
2. Visit our clients' homes and offices to assess the status of their sofas and carpets.
3. Use a variety of tools, techniques, and cleaning products.
4. Perform pre-cleaning treatments and use stain-removers to clean tough messes.
5. Dry cleaning.
6. Move and reset any furniture that needs to be moved in order to clean.
7. Upsell clients on higher-end products and services.
8. Clean curtains.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 6 years experience as a cleaning technician in sofa and carpet cleaning.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
4. Deep knowledge of the most common sofa and carpet cleaning techniques and tools.
5. Driving license or driving capabilities (preferred).
6. Very good in English speaking and writing.
7. Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel (preferred).
8. Attention to detail.
9. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
