Managing and maintaining the HR System and its functions and processes. Ensure integrity of employee-related information in the system. Support the implementation of HR-related systems and HR policy changes in the system. Support processing of HR transactions, payroll, and payments. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth functionality of the system.

Key Accountabilities:
Ensure all employee-related changes affecting benefits and payments are entered into the ERP system.
Validate employee documents and process related attachment documents and dependent information.
Enter and validate payroll-related input data for various employee benefits such as standard allowances, travel allowance, and other ad hoc allowances and payments.
Propose enhancements and automation based on current working processes, manual interventions, and resource consumption.
Work closely with other stakeholders such as the HR Team, ERP team, and related systems teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Treasury, and Inventory teams to ensure smooth running of system processes such as payroll and related post-payroll processes like GL transfer and Payment Transfer.
Support and validate bulk uploaded and processed data and its changes.
