Senior Architect - Main contractor

We are looking for a Senior Architect with extensive experience in creating precise diagrams and plans using AutoCAD. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of all phases of project execution and possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. The role also involves conducting regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

1. Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project.
2. Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials in order to create ideal finished product.
3. Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
4. Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process.
5. Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in architecture.
2. 15 years of experience in construction and architecture.
3. Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
