Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. You will use your creativity and knowledge of different flowers to design arrangements that meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients. Your role will also involve maintaining the freshness and quality of the flowers, ordering supplies, and arranging deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
2. Design and create floral arrangements for various events
3. Source and order flowers from suppliers
4. Maintain the freshness and quality of all flowers in stock
5. Handle deliveries and set up arrangements at event venues
6. Keep track of inventory and reorder supplies when needed
7. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
2. Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
3. Ability to create unique floral designs
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Excellent time management skills
6. Good communication skills
7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Al Buraymi (Preference for Omani or UAE national)

Contract: 6-month contract with possibility for extension based on performance.
