Excavator operator

Excavator Operator Vacancy in Nizwa, Oman

We are in need of a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Nizwa. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of excavation equipment to complete construction projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain excavators according to safety regulations
2. Perform routine maintenance on equipment
3. Read and interpret project plans and specifications
4. Safely load and unload materials using excavator
5. Dig trenches, foundations, and other excavation work as needed
6. Coordinate with other team members to complete projects on time
7. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
8. Follow proper safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators preferred
2. Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time
3. Ability to read project plans and specifications accurately
4. Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception skills
5. Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members on site
6. Must be able to follow safety procedures at all times

Salary: Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. Salary may vary based on experience level.

Location: This position is located in Nizwa, Oman. Local candidates are preferred but all qualified applicants will be considered.
