Job Title: Technology Project Manager

Location: Muscat, Oman

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Oversee project planning and execution, manage client relationships, and ensure requirements are met.
3. Define project scope, manage resources, track costs, and provide updates utilizing best practices.
4. Manage project management, stakeholder management, progress monitoring, cost control, and change order management for submarine power cable projects.
5. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards while collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating testing.
6. Ensure compliance of team personnel and sub-consultants while managing projects, requiring expertise in civil engineering and project management.
7. Coordinate project execution, manage schedules, and facilitate communication while ensuring documentation accuracy and budget monitoring.
8. Lead a team in mobile application development using Flutter and Firebase, ensuring project success through Agile methodologies and mentoring junior developers.
9. Oversee technical aspects of interior fit-out projects, managing site activities, and ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Strong project management and communication skills.
3. Experience with mobile application development.
4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
5. Experience in managing IT projects and business analysis.
