Responsibility and Focus:

This role is key to managing a significant account based in Oman, offering client-facing support and valuable local cultural insights, in line with our commitment to the client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Omani culture and market dynamics, with strong exposure to or knowledge of the country's culture and trends.

You will report to the ABD, with two communications executives under your guidance. With expertise in the local market, understanding category trends, drivers, economic factors, brand strategies, market developments, competitive activities, and upcoming events, you’ll also be responsible for maximizing local opportunities and adapting tools to fit the regional context.

In this role, you will oversee projects from start to finish, taking full accountability for concepts, designs, and execution. You will lead a team, collaborating closely with peers, writers, and senior leadership to deliver the best results. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills in strategic development, creative brief writing, and creative thinking.

Technical & Product:

  1. Lead integrated campaigns across channels.
  2. Help AD/EAD with client's business transformation through innovative creative solutions.
  3. Act as the subject expert and manage Digital and social projects, identifying opportunities for proactive innovative solutions.
  4. Ensure the quality of the creative product while delivering on business results.
  5. Effectively and efficiently manage as well as delegate the execution of tasks within tight deadlines.
  6. Motivate the team to learn new skills and assess their progress throughout the year.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency:

  1. Manage allocated projects efficiently and effectively following the agreed-upon process.
  2. Assist line manager with all financial matters.
  3. Ensure all hygiene matters are implemented.
  4. Utilize group systems & tools to drive effective communication, maximizing the opportunity of integrating data into everything we do.
  5. Communicate assigned project updates to the line manager in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
  6. Write and distribute comprehensive and accurate briefs to share with creative teams in a timely manner from project allocation.
  7. Provide operational excellence by handling the client's day-to-day tasks and urgent matters in a reliable and professional manner.
  8. Manage priorities and adhere to project plans to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably within a communication, digital, or media agency; experience from the marketing/client side is also acceptable.
