AI Engineer (Specializing in NLP)

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with LLMs. This role involves hands-on development of 5-10 business use cases that enhance user experiences and drive business efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve performance in NLP tasks.
2. Design and implement NLP solutions to address specific business needs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business use cases for NLP applications.
4. Create and deploy machine learning models to streamline routine business operations and deliver value to users.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in NLP and LLM technologies.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in Python programming.
2. Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
3. Hands-on experience in developing 5-10 business use cases that deliver measurable value.
4. Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) principles and techniques.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Python programming and working with LLMs.
2. Demonstrated experience in developing practical NLP solutions for business use cases.

Education

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Additional certifications in AI, NLP, or related fields are a plus.

Language

1. Fluent in English / Arabic Speaker (prefer Omani National)
