KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Creative Leadership

1. Lead the Creative Department, managing and mentoring a team of designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
2. Establish the creative vision, aligning creative strategies with company goals and client expectations.
3. Drive innovation within the team, integrating new design trends and technologies.

3D Design and Development:

1. Produce high-quality 3D models and visualizations for exhibitions and events.
2. Utilize top 3D design software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino) and stay updated with the latest advancements.
3. Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional designs.
4. Create detailed design specifications and guidelines for each project.
5. Develop innovative design concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity.
6. Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
7. Ensure all 3D designs meet industry standards and best practices.
8. Manage the entire design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high quality and timely completion.

Project Management:

1. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
2. Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams for seamless project execution.
3. Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
4. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
5. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
6. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services.
7. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
8. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records for future reference.

Software and Technology

1. Demonstrate expertise in 3D design software, including Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Ideal candidate: a person who has expertise in Interior Design and/or architecture.
