Trade Sales Support - West Auckland

Support our sales team, manage customer inquiries, and ensure smooth order processing. We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator who excels at phone-based interactions to join our friendly West Auckland team.

1. Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, converting them into sales opportunities.
2. Grow sales through upselling products, sharing promotions, and encouraging repeat business.
3. Provide account manager support.
4. Enter customer orders & draw up quotes for customers and account managers.
5. Purchase goods to complete orders when required.

1. A great attitude, and someone who loves working as part of a team.
2. A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. 2-3 years experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential.
4. Someone with strong computer skills, and a knack for problem-solving.
5. Previous exposure to tradies and their industries would be ideal.
