Sales Support 2IC (Second-in-Charge) - Lead Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Support 2IC. This is a pivotal leadership role, where you will work closely with the Trade & Store Manager to guide and develop our team, who are responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the "front of house."

In this role, you will also play a key part in supporting back-of-house operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring internal audit requirements are met, and that daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in leading and developing the Sales Support team, ensuring high standards of customer service.
2. Take ownership of managing day-to-day operations and key processes that directly impact the customer experience.
3. Ensure that back-of-house processes run smoothly, and all internal audit requirements are fulfilled.
4. Work alongside the store management team, at times taking sole charge of the store, demonstrating your ability to lead and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
5. Provide a positive and proactive customer experience that aligns with our brand values.

This is a permanent full-time position with the following hours of work:

1. Sunday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
2. Monday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
3. Tuesday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
