This commercial–corporate boutique in Auckland is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Solicitor (3–6 years’ PQE) to join their highly regarded team.

You’ll work directly with two high-performing Directors on a broad range of complex and high-value matters.

The client base rivals that of a top-tier firm, including corporates, investors, and private clients across diverse industries. You’ll advise on general commercial contracts, M&A, joint ventures, and commercial property transactions, as well as consulting with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) on the acquisition of large and complex assets and businesses.

The firm’s structure means you’ll have regular engagement with colleagues nationally—via video calls and in-person collaboration—creating a cohesive, one-firm culture across locations. While the work is high-level and intellectually rewarding, the environment is genuinely lifestyle-focused.
