We have begun our exciting digital transformation programme, which will provide the organisation with the capability to change how we deliver services, collaborate, and create value. The programme is being delivered through several integrated workstreams.
The opportunity - Te tūrangaAs Change Manager, you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in leading change activities related to at least one individual workstream.
You will contribute to driving organisational change in a complex stakeholder environment. This is all about reshaping how we operate, engage and make decisions across the organisation, and how we transform our processes and systems to meet our ambitions for the future.
Collaborating with senior leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders, you will ensure that change is effectively managed to achieve business objectives, minimize disruption, and foster employee engagement.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.What we're looking for - Tā mātou e kimi neiTo be successful, we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in leading large-scale change initiatives, ideally in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Understanding and experience in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter, or similar frameworks) is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in managing change projects within a wider transformational programme.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with goals.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
