Assistant Store Manager - Palmerston North

Hey there! Are you ready to blend your passion for customer service with a healthy dose of fun?

We are looking for a customer service superstar and commercially savvy Assistant Store Manager to assist in overseeing the day to day running of the TANK store in Palmerston North!

You must have eligibility to work in NZ and be available to work flexibly: available to work until 9:30pm on Thursday late night of the mall, approx 30 hours per week.

Fixed-Term Cover:

Start Date: 12.05.2025

End Date: 26.07.2025

About the job: As Assistant Store Manager, you work well under pressure, have the ability to work side-by-side with the Store Manager to become the trusted 2IC and you are confident to lead the team while the Store Manager is away.

About you:

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate about customer service - you love talking to people!
• Prides yourself on your work ethic, working well independently and in a team.
• Previous management experience working in a cafe, restaurant, or food service business, or a fast-paced retail environment.
