Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer within Network, IT and Cyber!

We are currently seeking new members for our Cyber, IT, and Network team in Stavanger to work in service projects and with service tasks. This role involves supporting several fixed installations in the North Sea with our products and services.

• WSUS patching of test system and production system offshore
• Backup and restore tasks with Acronis and Veritas system recovery solutions
• Firmware upgrade of Hirschmann and Cisco equipment
• Visual inspection of equipment offshore
• Configuration changes in firewalls and switches
• Antivirus installation and updates on Trelix or Symantec
• Tasks performed remote, from customer location or offshore

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Interest in learning about our technology.
• Enjoy working in teams and sharing knowledge.
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written; Norwegian is an advantage.
