The High Voltage product organization have had an exponential growth the last years. To be able to deliver large and complex projects, and also follow-up of the increasing number of orders, we need to strengthen the organization with order- and project management.

The opportunity

We are looking for a customer focused and enthusiastic order management specialist for High Voltage products in Norway, with eagerness to provide internal and external customer support, and to increase customer satisfaction.

The position requires a certain level of technical knowledge and genuine interest for customer support and financial understanding.

You will be responsible for internal and external customer support with delivering of High Voltage products, and with ownership of financial follow-up of the deliveries after order received until final delivery and invoicing.

You will also be responsible for providing order management services to clients. Activities include helping clients to handle order quoting, order processing; order fulfilment, review of orders, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment etc. for customers. Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors. Works independently with general supervision.

• Ensure successful outcome of transactions and contracts by using effective tools and communication.

• Accuracy and predictability in regular performance.

• Contribute to collaboration within the organization to optimize our results and increase customer satisfaction.

• Support input for forecast, balance reports, etc.

• Placing of orders, provide order acknowledgment, send Purchase Orders to sub-suppliers and invoicing.

• Keep track of local stock of equipment.

Your background

• Technical/Economical Bachelor or equivalent.

• Experience in sales environment is an advantage.

• Knowledge and experience of using ERP and sales tools required. Experience with SAP is a large advantage.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English language is a must.
