Responsibilities:

• Check hotel guests in and out and assist with luggage when required.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
• Respond to all guest questions and requests.
• Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments.
• Ensure a sound knowledge of the local area regarding history, places of interest and special events and where further information can be obtained.
• Actioning of calls at the time specified and to the standards laid down.
• The preparation and assistance of Breakfast Service.
• To attend all relevant training as and when required.
• To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.

What We Ask Of You:

• Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service is preferred.
• Good knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving ability and stress resistance.
• Proactive attitude and team spirit.
• Passion for hospitality and service.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
