Job Description

Workshop Operations Management:

• Supervise and coordinate all workshop activities, including vehicle repairs, maintenance services, and diagnostics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead a team of automotive technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Inventory and Resource Management:

• Manage workshop inventory, spare parts, and equipment to ensure adequate supply and optimal use of resources.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for workshop equipment.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize rework and warranty claims.

Financial and Administrative Responsibilities:

• Monitor workshop performance metrics, such as productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in workshop management software and MS Office Suite.
