The Role

We are looking for a CFE Workshop Coordinator to join the James Fisher Offshore team in Johor and take responsibility for the operational service delivery of all CFE activities in the region, ensuring that projects are delivered in a safe and effective manner. This role will be key in establishing an integrated and efficient function between the Operations and Projects teams.

Principle Accountabilities

1. Provide operational information for strategic plans.
2. Implement and review operational policies and procedures.
3. Plan, schedule, and coordinate all operational aspects in support of project.
4. Assist with appraisals.
5. Ensure timely mobilisation and delivery of equipment.
6. Analyse and manage inventory effectively.
7. Assist with preparation of annual budgets.
8. Set job expectations, review performance, train and manage employees.
9. Maintain lean operational staff levels while planning for growth.
10. Manage direct reports and operational teams during service delivery.
11. Develop and maintain supplier relations in country.
12. Measure, monitor, and forecast workshop labour capacity.
13. Maintain relationships with internal service functions.
14. Assist with mentoring and training of technicians in region.
15. Set competency standards for operational services in region.
16. Take part in an on-call rota.
17. Administrative workshop duties such as facilities management, rotas and timesheet sign off.
18. Take on and perform within reason additional duties at the request of the line manager.

Qualifications And Experience

1. Offshore and workshop experience in a subsea services environment.
2. Experience in a supervisory capacity.
3. Ability to work to tight deadlines and organise workload effectively.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
