The focus areas include but not limited to the following areas:
Identify and execute project tasks, including reviewing and documenting business processes.
Able to compile and analyze business information and requirements
Outline meeting minutes that are focused on action, and follow up on deliverables with the appropriate parties
Able to write project documentation including business process procedure, business impact analysis, training need analysis, communication and training materials
Able to facilitate project key stakeholders to execute stakeholder analysis, project business readiness and adoption plans
Facilitate in Project’s Go-live Planning and Preparation.
Assist with administrative tasks within the project.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field like business management, computer science or closely related field.
At least 2 years working experience as Business Analyst or closely related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate a significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Good Verbal and written communication skills (engagement, presentation, written, and listening) skills.
Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project team stakeholders
Experience in tailoring communication to different audiences
Familiarity with relevant projects or communication tools and technologies e.g. Email, online bulletin, Smartsheet, SharePoint and others.
