• Position: Work in KL – Sales Manager (IT Solution/ERP Systems) - Up to MYR 10,000
• Location: Kuala Lampur – Bangsar South
  Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to MYR 10,000 + Performance Bonus + Up to 14 Days Annual Leaves + 14 Days Medical Leaves + Medical Coverage Healthcare

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals.
• Lead the sales of solutions, including e-Invoicing and e-Procurement to meet diverse client needs.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while expanding the existing client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Oversee the management of sales pipelines, utilizing multiple marketing channels and sales strategies to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored end-to-end solutions that address client challenges and requirements.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices, organizational goals, and client expectations.
• Experience dealing with LHDN and MDeC with PEPPOL will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of e-Invoicing solution and e-Procurement, cloud platforms, and ERP systems.
