About this role

We are looking for an awesome team member to join us as a Cloud Accounting & Payroll Executive.

• This role is a predominantly full time, work-from-home role, and will need to be in the office only as and when necessary based on the task requirements.
• This role is based in Kuala Lumpur. Successful applicant is expected to be based in Klang Valley due to the requirements to be present at the HQ office as and when necessary.
• Our HQ office is located in Mercu 3 Tower, KL Eco City, Bangsar South with direct access from LRT Abdullah Hukum and KTM KL Eco City Stations.

Responsibilities

Accounting

• Prepare monthly management accounts for Centry group of companies.
• Prepare SST reports and submission for Centry group of companies.
• Communicate with external parties and statutory authorities (for eg. auditors).

Payroll

• Act as client liaison who is the point of communication between designated portfolio of clients and Centry.
• Prepare and ensure clients' monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time using online cloud payroll system.
• Ensure all claims, allowances, and OT claims are processed accurately and on time.
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax.
• Prepare paperwork related to hiring, confirmation, increment, resignation, termination of client's employees.
• Perform online bank fund transfer on payroll.
• Communicate and respond to clients and statutory authorities (EPF, SOCSO, HRD, LHDN) on queries and deliverables to client.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in accounting preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Remuneration will be dependent on the skills, experience and position offered.
• You are fluent in English and Malay languages. Ability to communicate in any other additional languages, such as Mandarin, is an added advantage for liaison with clients and external parties.
• You are able to work independently in managing deliverables & deadlines.
