Job Responsibility

WordPress Designer (Education & Training Industry)

We are looking for a WordPress Designer with strong skills in Elementor and other WordPress tools to create visually engaging and user-friendly websites that drive engagement and conversions for our courses and training programs.

WordPress Website Development & Design

• Design and develop engaging, responsive, and user-friendly WordPress websites using Elementor and other page builders.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to align with branding and functionality requirements.
• Ensure a seamless user experience (UX) and intuitive navigation for learners and training clients.

Elementor & Page Builder Customization

• Utilize Elementor Pro to design high-converting landing pages for online courses, webinars, and training programs.
• Create and customize sections, templates, widgets, and global elements for consistency across the website.
• Optimize Elementor pages for fast loading speed, responsiveness, and mobile compatibility.

Website Optimization & SEO

• Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, schema markup, image optimization, etc.) to improve search rankings.
• Optimize website performance (loading speed, caching, and database management) for a smooth user experience.
• Conduct regular audits to improve website structure, link building, and accessibility.

WordPress Theme & Plugin Management

• Select, install, and configure themes and plugins that enhance functionality without compromising speed and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve theme/plugin conflicts and bugs.
• Stay updated on the latest WordPress plugins and integrations for education and LMS platforms.

Learning Management System (LMS) Integration (Preferred, if applicable)

• Integrate and customize LMS plugins such as LearnDash, Tutor LMS, or LifterLMS for seamless course management.
• Work with SCORM/xAPI-compatible tools to enhance e-learning experiences.
• Ensure smooth user registration, course enrollment, and payment gateway integration.

Website Maintenance & Security

• Perform regular backups, updates, and security checks to protect against vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy policies for learners and users.
• Troubleshoot and fix website errors, downtime, or broken links.

Collaboration & Content Management

• Work closely with marketing, content, and training teams to implement new course pages, blog articles, and promotional materials.
• Maintain a visually appealing blog/news section to engage learners and showcase industry updates.
• Support A/B testing for conversion rate optimization on course landing pages.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with WordPress & Elementor Pro (Custom CSS, global styling, theme builder).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for advanced customizations.
• Experience with WordPress security & speed optimization techniques.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and tools like Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or SEOPress.
• Ability to work with WooCommerce for course/product sales (if applicable).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel for tracking conversions.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!):

• Experience with LMS platforms (LearnDash, Tutor LMS, or LifterLMS).
• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, CRM integrations).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for education-based websites.
