Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wire Bond Technician located in Ipoh. The Wire Bond Technician will be responsible for quality, bonding process,loop height expert and structured cabling tasks related to semiconductor assembly and testing.

Qualifications

• Experience with Wite bond process in FOL
• Proficiency in working with Hand Tools
• Knowledge of Structured Cabling
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in semiconductor industry is a plus
• Technical certification or diploma in related field
