Responsibilities:

• Align site objectives with BU & Global Objectives: Vision setting, objective setting, execution coaching, evaluation of progress, staffing, team engagement, career coaching.
• Mentor and support the project, engineering and maintenance teams to foster a high-performance culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee BU capital systems to deliver projects with excellence: deliver cost, schedule, safety/quality, OEE, and other business criteria.
• Ensure that the financial aspects of projects are managed effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering responsibilities across our Wider Asia manufacturing sites, ensuring top-notch safety and compliance. You will drive CAPEX, automation, sustainability projects and support operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure our sites meet the global and local Engineering and EHS requirements where projects are executed effectively and safely; utilities and facilities are maintained to ensure compliance and productivity; OT/IT infrastructure and cybersecurity compliance; and maintenance of the production systems to enable production reliability.
• Management of projects meets compliance expectations. Support the definition of investments that enable the site objectives: Savings, Growth, and compliance.
• Ensure execution of the maintenance and cybersecurity of the OT infrastructure along with ensuring the installation of automation technology needed to deliver site productivity and growth goals at the optimal OPEX.
• Coach the team responsible for the maintenance of utilities, facilities, and production equipment maintenance to eliminate major breakdowns and ongoing system maintenance at 4-5% of the planned production time.
• Support as the Regional Preventative Maintenance Pillar lead under Operational Excellence programme.
• Collaborate with Sites, BU Leadership Team and Global resources to deliver QSC Excellence and Engineering improvements to deliver site business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years managing Engineering with a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing/ FMCH company with EHS experience.
• Strong data analytical skills and ability to lead multi-functional teams.
• Minimum of Lean Six Sigma green belt.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to lead with minimal supervision.
• Long-term strategic thinking and strong leadership skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage complexity.
