So what is your role about?

• To work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements and quality standards are met.
• To develop, maintain, and execute detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.
• To define and deliver testing (functional, regression, integration, black box/white box, User Acceptance Test) across the landscape of the service.
• To identify, report, and track bugs, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• To design and implement automation frameworks to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin
• Candidates need to have a minimum of three (3) to five (6) years of QA related experience. Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Mandarin as the role requires liaising with Mandarin speaking customers as well.
• Hands-on experience in black box testing / white box testing.
• Proficient in writing test cases with meticulous thinking logic.
• Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and tools.
• Proficient in testing framework design (open source or commercial), good at automated testing, and practical implementation experience is preferred.
• Experience working within an Agile and/or Lean team & delivery environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and a commitment to the team's schedules and goals.
• Capable of managing multiple testing tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in at least ONE (1) development language (Python, Go, SQL etc).
