About the role

We are seeking experienced Weighing Equipment Technicians to join our team at Public Weighing Specialist Sdn. Bhd. in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This full-time position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of weighing equipment, ensuring our clients receive reliable and accurate measurement solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct installations, calibrations, and routine maintenance on various weighing devices such as industrial scales, truck scales, and precision balances.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with weighing equipment, performing repairs as necessary.
3. Document work performed and maintain detailed records of equipment servicing.
4. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the proper use and care of their weighing equipment.
5. Stay up to date with industry regulations, standards, and new technologies related to weighing systems.
6. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of customer solutions.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Weighing Equipment Technician or similar role.
2. Technical diploma or certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify equipment issues.
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Willingness to learn and stay up to date with industry advancements.
7. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
