Job Description

A Wedding and Catering Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering operations, particularly for weddings, including menu planning, staff management, client consultations, venue setup, and ensuring the smooth execution of events, all while maintaining high quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the planning and event day.

Qualifications

1. Experience as a wedding planner / Catering in hotel or events company for at least 3 years.
2. Preferably Chinese speaking.
