Website Specialist | WFH Working Arrangement

Company Overview :

We collaborate with a Marketing Agency based in Petaling Jaya, specializing in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Social Media Marketing, and Influencer Marketing. They focus on helping brands enhance their digital presence, engage with target audiences, and drive measurable results through creative and data-driven strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Maintain and enhance website design and functionality to ensure optimal user experience and alignment with SEO goals.
2. Collaborate with SEO specialists to implement technical recommendations, such as optimizing site architecture and page load speed.
3. Prepare for and manage site migrations with minimal SEO impact.
4. Ensure proper site indexing and crawlability.
5. Improve technical performance for both desktop and mobile platforms.
6. Optimize websites for Google Featured Snippets and implement/support Google AMP.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain website performance and accessibility.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant fields is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
• Experience in website development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and related platforms.
• Ability to optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and search engine visibility.
